Password Problems:

If you are having trouble with your password or access to the site, please contact the credit card processor that you used to sign up. This is the fastest way to resolve these problems since we DO NOT have access to your Credit Card information.

If you cannot obtain a solution there, then please email us. Make sure that you include the name of the site that you signed up for, along with the name of the credit card processor, your membership number, and/or your user/pass. Without this information, it is very difficult to locate your account and help you. For your own protection, NEVER include your Credit Card information in your email.

Cancelling Your Membership:

Please DO NOT email us asking to cancel your membership for you. For security reasons, the link to our payment processor below is the only way to cancel your membership.

Automated Downloader Programs:

There are numerous software programs available these days that are designed to automatically download web pages and content from a web site. We can understand where such programs may be of great convenience to people with slower internet connections.

We do not expressly forbid or block the use of these programs, but in fairness to all our members, we must prevent them from making "unlimited" connections to our server. The server will respond automatically to any program attempting to make an unlimited number of connections by disabling the user's account temporarily.

If you want to use one of these programs to access our web site, you will need to adjust the settings in your program to make no more than 5 (five) simultaneous connections to our server. Please consult the instructions that came with your program or your software vendor's technical support. We cannot assist you with questions about these programs.
